Automatic Rebar Bending Machine
The CNC steel bar bending machine integrates straightening, length measurement, bending, cutting, and counting. The whole machine has a compact and reasonable structure, simple operation, high production efficiency, and labor saving. This machine adopts a fully automatic microcomputer to control the servo drive motor, which has the advantages of fast speed, large force, accurate counting, and low failure.
◆ It can handle single-line &Phi6~12 (rebar &Phi6~12), double-line &Phi6~10 (rebar &Phi6~10) smooth round cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel bars and rebars
◆ Adopt CNC servo control system to realize fully automatic and uninterrupted bending forming process
◆ The perfect combination of steel bar straightening, sizing, bending, and cutting functions, while meeting the precision requirements of steel bar processing, truly realizing one machine with multiple functions
◆ The maximum production capacity is 1800 stirrups/hour, which is equivalent to the production efficiency of multiple workers while saving materials to the greatest extent
◆ Arbitrarily set the required processing size, a variety of graphics for you to choose at will
◆ It is composed of two sets of horizontal and vertical straightening wheels that can be adjusted automatically, combined with 4 traction wheels, driven by imported servo, to ensure the best accuracy of steel straightening
