It is a yellow crystal obtained from concentrated aqueous solution and a monohydrate obtained from dilute aqueous solution. The decomposition point is 223 ~ 225 °. Slightly soluble in cold water, easily soluble in hot water and cold ethanol. It can be safely used incosmetics.
