Our four-roller bending machine features: 1. Side roller linear motion, increasing work stability 2. Both sides of the pressure roller use absolute encoder to control synchronization.
  This machine features:

4. The cylinder can be rolled up to 1.3 times the diameter of the upper roller. When the end of the rolled sheet is pre-bent, the length of the straight side is smaller than that of other types of coiling machines.

Hydraulic system
5-1, main body overview
The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump, a valve block, and an auxiliary line piece. The hydraulic valve is selected by Yuji Oil Research Superimposed Valve System. The pipeline layout is simple, the leakage is less, and the maintenance and debugging are convenient. Each input and output port of the hydraulic system is equipped with corresponding detection points for easy maintenance and fault checking. The hydraulic station is placed on the base to reduce the space, making the foundation simple and easy to transport.

Through the pressure sensor and the microcomputer control system, the movement and detection of the piston movement of the main cylinder are performed, and the synchronization precision of both ends of the work roll is achieved.

2, technical characteristics
1. Adopt unique pre-relief pressure technology to effectively avoid hydraulic shock and improve pipeline and seal life.
2. The hydraulic components are made of imported high quality products to ensure the stability of the hydraulic system.
3. Each input and output port of the hydraulic system is equipped with corresponding detection points, which is convenient for maintenance, fault check, oil pump adopting lower type, positive pressure oil absorption. At the same time, the filter, the liquid level gauge, and the belt sending device can automatically alarm the fault prompt. The hydraulic station is independent of the base, easy to maintain and maintain and away from the heat source.

9. The fuel tank is sprayed, pickled and surface cleaned, and the walls are coated with oil-resistant varnish to ensure the fuel tank is clean. There is an air filter at the fuel tank of the fuel tank to ensure the function of oil filtering and ventilation. In addition, a fine filter must be provided at the end of the oil suction pipe and the oil supply pipe.
The normal operating temperature range of the hydraulic system is 15 °C ~ 65 °C. When the temperature is less than 15 °C, it can be automatically heated by electric heater. When the temperature is higher than 65 °C, the temperature of the oil can be controlled by the cooler to make it suitable for the system work.
