1. Can you install my own screen?
Yes, we have a professional technical team that can travel to any location worldwide to perfectly complete your project delivery.
2. If I purchase more LED panels in the future, will they look the same as the panels I already have?
We will perform color calibration and compare it with reference color patches to ensure that each batch of products meets the expected performance. Therefore, if you want to purchase more LED panels, it's best to buy products from the same batch. We keep records for customer convenience, but If your existing panels have been in use for a long time, the LED beads may have aged. In this case, it's best to perform customized calibration based on the characteristics of your existing panels.
3. Can I use mobile LED screens in the rain?
Yes, Bmprint's products are fully waterproof. You can easily use it in the rain. Each element is resistant to rain (structure, floor, screen frame, screen, etc.).
4. Can Bmprint LED panels be build as a curved wall?
Yes, most of the LED panels from Bmprint have the option to be built as a curved wall (either convex or concave). Please consult the respective brochure or manual to find out the exact curving angle for each panel type. Some panels have built-in curving options, for other panels, you need to use special curving locks. (link to the page with locks)
5. What is a lead-time for your products?
1-3 days for inventory products and 7-15 days for customized products.
6. How to operate and use it?

7. What will happen if I mount LED modules upside down?
Bmprint has designed the panels and modules in such way that they protect circuitry, the power will not work to protect the PCB and module. If you find any panel that cannot power on, please check the direction of the module. The triangle on the rear side of the module should all point upwards.
8. Is it possible to take out a full panel from the middle of a complete video wall?
No, it is not possible and not recommended, because you will damage your LED panels. Due to the modular design of the Bmprint LED panels, replacing complete panels is not necessary. When a LED module is damaged, the module can be changed. If something is wrong with either the receiver card or power supply, they are easily swapped from the backside.
