1. Can I get sample made first before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free white mock-up sample can be made. You can also choose digital print sample and
offset ink sample to check box color and box quality.

2. Do you provide insert solutions to hold and protect products inside the box?
We can recommend different insert for you, such as EVA, soft foam, paper insert, blister insert, satin insert and so on.
3.Do you provide design service?
Usually customer needs to provide printing artwork. If you don&rsquot have design ability, we can provide design service if order quantity is beyond 10K.
4.What artwork format is supported?
Artwork in .ai vectored format will be best, which can be opened in adobe illustrator and high quality printing can be ensured.
5.What is your lead time?
Sample lead time: 3~10 days. Mass production takes 15~45 days, and it also depends on your order quantity. Different batch delivery is also supported.
