Why Use Black Cleanroom Safe ESD Inspection Wiper?
Visually inspecting the wipe is the quickest and easiest way to check cleanliness. If the wipe looks dirty and the substrate looks clean, the wiping process was successful. That works well if the wipe and the contaminants are contrasting colors. Since most wipes are white, black or dark color soils are easily seen. However, many contaminants are not dark colored. Instead they are white or light colored. Since they are the same color as the wipe, visually inspecting the used wipe is not completely useful. This is especially true if the contaminant is particulate especially small particulates.
Ultra clean, durable, and highly absorbent black polyester wiper is ideal for being final wipe to clean and verify cleanliness of critical surfaces.
100% High Strength Polyester fiber (continuous filament, double knit, 140 g/m2) resulting in ultra low particle and fiber generation.
Soft texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces. Resist abrasion from rough surfaces. Works well with IPA and other cleaning solvents.
Laser Sealed Edge on all sides to minimize fiber release. Laser Sealed Edges provide effective contamination control in critical environments and offer the best value.
Solvent safe double bag cleanroom packaging. Compatible with ISO Class 5-7 (Class 100-10000) environments. Autoclavable for aseptic environments.
