High Quality Polyethylene Resin LLDPE Granules
Physical properties: LLDPE products are non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, milky white particles. Compared with LDPE, it has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, rigidity, puncture resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. It also has good resistance to environmental stress cracking, tear strength and other properties, and can resist acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.
Processing performance: The melting point of LLDPE is 10-20℃ higher than that of LDPE with the same density, with high rigidity, high elongation, fast stress relaxation and short molding cycle, but the relative LDPE melt strength and viscosity are less sensitive to the shear rate and less dependent on temperature.
Product Applications:
The main application area is film including ground film, geomembrane, shed film, winding film, waterproof membrane, heavy packing film, heat shrink film, which also can be used for injection molding, hollow, hose, flat wire and woven bags, cable auxiliary materials.
