Under the big pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from gap of press barsand oil trough of press rings.

The working principle of screw oil press: When the oil press is running, the processed oil enters the pressing chamber from the hopper. The material embryo is continuously pushed inward by the pressing screw for squeezing. Since the material embryo is in motion in the pressing chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure in the pressing chamber, a large frictional resistance is generated between the material embryo and the pressing snail, the material embryo and the pressing chamber, so that It can cause friction between the blank and fine materials, causing relative movement. On the other hand, since the diameter of the squeezing snail gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases, when the squeezing snail rotates, the thread force material embryo can be pushed forward and turned outward, and at the same time, it is close to the thread surface of the squeezing snail.
