Straw kneading machine is a kind of practical straw processing equipment. The equipment can make corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut straw and other crops and forage grass into soft filamentous feed through the principles of guillotine, flour,kneading and rubbing, thus improving the utilization rate and palatability of forage grass. It has the advantages of stable performance, simple operation, durable, high efficiency, flexibility and so on. Suitable for feed processing plant, animal husbandry plant, paper mill and other fields.
Specification
Straw silk kneading machine is through the conveying mechanism to be processed materials to be cut off in the kneading chamber, through the high-speed rotating hammer and kneading plate interaction, the material will be crushed, the material will be thrown outdoor by the air supply blade. The function of the processing process is to crush the straw, cut it lengthwise, squeeze the silk and knead it, destroy the hard stem nodes on the surface of the straw, and process the straw which can not be directly eaten by livestock into filamentous forage grass with good palatability, without losing its nutrients, which is convenient for digestion and absorption of livestock.

2. Designed with moving knife safety guide device, eliminate mouth knife accident, the whole machine is safe and reliable.
3. Unique speed regulating gear box structure, convenient and accurate adjustment of grass length, box sealing reliable, good lubrication.
4. Drive part with external self-aligning rolling bearing and universal coupling, compact structure, flexible operation,convenient disassembly.
5. The blade is made of high quality steel, refined by special process and made of super wear-resistant, and connected by high strength bolt.
