On the one hand, adjusting grain size can reduce the energy consumed by livestock and poultry chewing, and on the other hand, it is more convenient for transportation, storage, mixing and pelleting, with better efficiency and quality.
This machine can crush corn, soybean, bean cake, straw, straw, peanut seedlings, melon seedlings, etc. The machine is internal hammer type crushing bin, can be straw, straw, soybean seedling processing into roughage, also can be grain processing into refined feed, can be pulverized raw material processing into pellet feed for livestock, poultry food. The machine can also be replaced with different screens according to user needs, and optional cyclone dust removal device ,both convenient and labor-saving.
Specification
The machine is composed of feeding hopper, upper and lower body, rotor, screen, fan, feeding pipe and other parts. Users can be equipped with storage bags or silos according to their own needs. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper, it is broken by the rotating hammer. Under the air flow, the broken material along the outer edge of the rotor, after continuous hammer, tooth plate, screen, collision, rub and be quickly crushed. The pulverized powder particles are quickly transported to the storage bag or bin through the sieve by centrifugal pressure of the rotor and suction force of the fan.
