3. It is called green carbonization furnace because a large amount of light yellow combustible gas will be produced in the carbonization process. These gases can guide the combustible gas to the combustion area of the carbonization furnace for secondary flame heating through the pipeline provided by the carbonization furnace. More environmentally friendly and fuel-efficient.
4. The surplus gas of carbonization furnace can be used for drying sawdust or combustion boiler.
5. The carbon cooling time at the end of the carbonization furnace is short. We use the gap water between sandwich units for natural cooling of the carbonization furnace, which is more efficient and convenient.

Put the raw material into the inner stove, hoist it into the outer stove for carbonizing, when one inner stove finished the carbonization, hoist out for natural cooling and then hoist the second inner stove into the outer stove for carbonizing, the similar process for the third inner stove.
Three inner stoves continuously work in turn to improve the productivity, with smoke clean system to protect the environment.
