Product Description

Fumed white carbon black is white amorphous flocculent translucent solid colloidal nanoparticles (particle size less than 100nm) under normal conditions, non-toxic, and has a huge specific surface area. Fumed silica is all nano-silica, the purity of the product can reach 99%, and the particle size can reach 10-20nm, but the preparation process is complicated and the price is expensive
Precipitated silica is mainly used as a reinforcing agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, toothpaste friction agent, etc.Fumed silica is mainly used as a reinforcing agent for silicone rubber, a thickener for coatings and unsaturated resins, and ultrafine silica gel and aerogel are mainly used as matting agents for coatings, thickeners, and opening agents for plastic films.

Application
The main application of white carbon black:
1. Rubber products: Silica is used as a substitute for carbon black in colored rubber products for reinforcement to meet the needs of producing white or translucent products. Silica also has super strong adhesion, tear resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance, so it can also replace part of carbon black in black rubber products to obtain high-quality rubber products, such as off-road tires and engineering tires , Radial tires, etc.
2. Daily-use chemical products: transparent, colored and opaque toothpaste where white carbon black is used as filler and abrasive agent in daily-use chemical products. Usually, this kind of toothpaste has good flexibility and dispersibility, and the paste is smooth, soft and abrasive. Well, not abrasive to the toothpaste tube. It can keep the drug properties of toothpaste stable, especially has good compatibility with fluoride, and can avoid the disadvantages of insoluble salt produced by calcium salt as abrasive.
