usage ：
1. The use of pumice in cosmetic scrubs is well established. Pumice stones can be used in both cleansing scrubs and foot exfoliators. Pumice stone particles provide an excellent exfoliating scrub that gently sloughs away dead and rough skin, leaving skin fresh and revitalized.
2. Polishing crystals with a pumice stone has been the traditional treatment for pre-polished lenses for many years. In the workshop, workers use felt and cork wheels and pay special attention to the neck and base of the blank. As a polishing agent, pumice stone is also widely used in the preparation of tempered glass and beveled glass products.
3. A pumice stone is recommended as a polishing aid for finishing acrylic denture molds. Pumice in mortar form helps the dental technician achieve a smooth surface. In oral hygiene pastes and polishes, pumice acts as a mild abrasive.
4. In deodorant applications, pumice granules are used as a biological filter, especially helpful in removing H2S, mercaptans, ammonia and VOCs. The particle size of the pumice product is naturally occurring and will rapidly replace traditional biomass-laden systems: peat/heather, wood chips and mussel shells. Pumice does not actively participate in this biological process and is not "consumed" as a replacement, resulting in a longer lifespan (typically greater than 15 years). Pumice stone performs better, does not require compaction and retains its initial low pressure drop, resulting in lower operating costs.
