PEX greatly improves material properties through cross-linking between polyethylene molecular chains. Aftelcross-linking, the high temperature resistance of the material is improved, the service life is extended, and the creepresistance, impact resistance and environmental stress crack resistance are also improved.
PEX mainly has threecrosslinking methods: peroxide crosslinking, silane crosslinking and radiation crosslinking. Compared with the otherwo cross-linking methods, the silane cross-inking has less investment requirement on equipment, fast extrusionspeed and better aaing resistance.
The PEX pipe material produced by our company uses two-step silanecross-linking. During the extrusion granulation process, the silane is grafted onto the polyolefin. After extrusiormoldina, it is cross-inked with hot water or steam, Our companv's PEX pipe material is environmentally friendly anoodorless. After extrusion, the surface is smooth, the feel is good, and the hose is transparent. The hardness of thesoft pipe ranges from 80A to 95A, and the hardness of the hard pipe is 60D.
